Final Sale Policy
All sales made on The Collector's Arcade LLP website are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns or refunds will be provided except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are considered only if:

An incorrect item was shipped, or

An item was damaged prior to dispatch
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery completion to contact@thecollectorsarcade.com together with:

Order number

Clear, unedited photos of the item and original packaging
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.
Strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

Sealed products (including booster packs, booster boxes, and mystery packs)

Mystery packs of any kind once opened

Orders returned due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Items damaged during transit by the delivery service

Lost parcels after shipment confirmation
Card Condition Disclaimer
Trading card condition assessment is subjective. We take reasonable care to describe card conditions accurately; however, minor differences in opinion, centering, surface marks, or edge wear are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
Shipping Issues & Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the delivery service:

The Collector's Arcade LLP is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage caused by the courier

No refunds or replacements will be issued for courier-related issues
Customers must pursue claims directly with the delivery service.
Approved Returns & Shipping Costs
If a return is approved:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Items must be unused, unopened (where applicable), and returned in original condition
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
Unwarranted chargebacks or disputes that contradict this policy may result in:

Submission of evidence (including delivery confirmation and policy acceptance) to payment processors
