By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

Product Condition & Trading Cards

  • All trading cards are sold as described

  • Card condition grading is subjective and may vary by collector standards

  • Minor imperfections are inherent to trading cards and do not constitute defects

Mystery Packs

  • Mystery pack contents are random

  • Product descriptions will clearly state:

    • Possible items available

    • General types or tiers of products included

  • Specific pulls, card values, or outcomes are not guaranteed

  • All mystery pack sales are final once opened

Order Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Reviewing product descriptions before purchase

We are not liable for losses resulting from customer-provided errors.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting The Collector's Arcade LLP.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation, including delivery confirmation, product descriptions, and policy acceptance

  • Accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent disputes may be permanently restricted from future purchases

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Collector's Arcade LLP shall not be liable for:

  • Courier delays, losses, or damage after dispatch

  • Subjective disagreements over card condition

  • Randomized outcomes of mystery products

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
